Adam took part in this year’s games again as a member of the City of York Sports Ability team. He played boccia and kurling against teams from Scarborough and Hambleton and, although York did not manage to come top again this year, it was a close and exciting contest.

While we were visiting the Hay on Wye literature festival this week, Adam had the chance to learn some real acting. With the help from members of the Royal Shakespeare Company, Adam and some other young people staged a wonderful performance, based on The Tempest, in just one day.
